  7. PowerMon is a software package that provides a computer the ability to
  8. interface with a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). When a power failure
  9. occurs, PowerMon will perform an automatic unattended orderly shutdown via a
  10. user-defined time period or upon a low battery signal from the UPS

  12. PowerMon features: Ease of installation, 10-second delay before activating
  13. timer and notifying users, user-defined ``up-time'' before shutdown, low
